Responsibilities

1. 01Preparing and filing pleadings and legal memoranda.
2. 02Attending hearings and arguing before courts and judicial authorities.
3. 03Analysing facts and evidence and assessing the legal position.
4. 04Following up on procedures and coordinating litigation team work.
5. 05Preparing reports to clients on the progress of claims and recommendations.

Requirements

1. 01A bachelor's degree in law from an accredited university.
2. 02Previous litigation experience, preferably in commercial and administrative matters.
3. 03Ability to draft pleadings and memoranda in Arabic.
4. 04Strong analytical and advocacy skills.
5. 05Ability to work within a team and manage several matters at once.
