Responsibilities

Preparing and reviewing compliance and governance policies and procedures.
Legal advice on regulatory and licensing matters.
Conducting compliance reviews and regulatory risk assessments.
Preparing compliance training programmes for clients.
Monitoring legislative and regulatory updates and reporting on them.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in law or sharia from an accredited university.
Experience in compliance, governance or regulatory oversight.
Knowledge of the laws and regulations relevant to the sectors the firm serves.
Attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication.
A recognised professional certificate in governance or compliance is a plus.
