Scope of Coverage and International Cooperation
We work in coordination with law firms in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, North Africa, Europe and the United States of America, enabling the handling of matters with a cross-border dimension, whether relating to operations or investments of our clients outside our home jurisdiction or to the work of foreign entities within it. In these cases we coordinate and manage the work through a single point of contact, preserving the consistency of advice across the different jurisdictions. We also cooperate with specialised bodies and experts in fields relevant to the services we provide, such as technical, accounting and engineering expertise, when the nature of the matter so requires.
