We handle the recovery of creditors' rights from the debtor and represent creditors before the courts and the trustees, alongside representing companies applying to the court for one of the insolvency procedures such as preventive settlement, financial reorganisation and liquidation. Our work also includes providing legal advice before initiating any procedure, assessing the position of the distressed establishment, preparing proposals and negotiating with creditors, and following up the implementation of the procedures approved.

We provide legal advisory services in the field of foreign investments, determining the appropriate form of entry to the domestic market, reviewing contracts and auditing their compliance with the requirements of the investment laws, in addition to issuing all necessary licences and satisfying registration requirements, and structuring existing investments and regularising their status when regulatory requirements change.

We provide legal advisory services relating to the transfer of ownership, leasing and compensation for damages, in addition to legal advice on construction projects and the disputes arising from them with related parties such as partners, subcontractors, suppliers and project staff. This includes drafting construction and development contracts, following up variation orders, extensions and claims, guarantees and performance bonds, and off-plan sale and lease projects.

We have the expertise to provide legal advice to our clients on the application of the Labour Law and its implementing regulations and to represent them before the courts and the competent committees, including preparing employment contracts and internal labour regulations, regulating employment, recruitment and Saudisation relations, and handling labour disputes, termination of service and entitlements, always working to keep our clients compliant with the relevant laws and regulations.

We represent airlines before the courts in air carrier liability cases, in addition to representing travel companies before the courts in ticket sales cases, reviewing airline agency contracts, and providing day-to-day advisory work to those working in the sector. We have gained this experience through our previous work for the most important companies operating in this field.

We provide our clients with services relating to arbitration, from arbitration proceedings and representation before domestic and international arbitral tribunals, to drafting the arbitration clause or submission agreement, assessing the arbitrability of the dispute, participating in the constitution of the tribunal, and following up proceedings to set aside or enforce arbitral awards.
